Is event insurance required?
Yes. We require all renters to provide event liability insurance listing Blue Tree Event Venue as an additional insured. This protects both you and your guests. (Click on the side arrow for more info.)
How do I book the venue?
You can submit an inquiry through the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page, email us directly, or give us a call. A signed rental agreement and a deposit are required to reserve your date.
What's included in the rental fee?
All rentals include:
Access to the event space (indoors + backyard)
Tables and chairs (up to X guests)
Restroom access
Parking for up to X vehicles Optional add-ons include a champagne wall, décor rentals, and coordination services.
What are the rental time slots?
We offer half-day or full-day packages. Time slots typically include:
Half-day: 4 hours
Full-day: 8–10 hours Custom hours may be available upon request.

Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own caterer, florist, or event team. We can also provide a list of trusted vendor partners if you'd like recommendations. (Click on the side arrow for more info)
What is your cleanup policy?
Basic cleanup (trash disposal, light tidying) is required by the renter. We take care of deep cleaning and grounds maintenance. A cleaning fee may apply for large events or excessive mess.
Are there noise or time restrictions?
Yes. Out of respect for our neighbors, music must end by 10:00 PM, and all guests should depart by 10:30 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
Is there parking?
We offer on-site parking for up to X vehicles. Overflow parking may be arranged in advance if needed.
Is the venue accessible and equipped?
Yes! We offer:
Power access for DJ or catering needs
Restroom facilities

Can we serve alcohol at our event?
Q: Can we serve alcohol at our event?
A: Yes, alcohol is allowed with some conditions. You must:
Hire a licensed bartender or alcohol service
Provide event liability insurance that includes alcohol coverage

Do you provide a kitchen or prep area?
We do not have a full commercial kitchen, so all food must be prepared in advance. We will provide access to power.
What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 60 days before event: Full refund of payments made, minus a $100 administrative fee.
30–59 days before event: 50% refund of total rental fee.
Less than 30 days before event: No refund.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if available. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Optional Add-On:
We recommend purchasing event insurance that includes cancellation coverage for unexpected emergencies or weather events. If you need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or another serious issue, we’ll do our best to work with you based on availability.
