Event Insurance Requirement:

To ensure a safe and worry-free experience for everyone, event liability insurance is required for all bookings at Blue Tree Event Venue.

Event insurance helps protect you—the host—from unexpected incidents, and gives both you and your guests peace of mind. A basic policy typically covers property damage, bodily injury, and other common event-related liabilities.
Here's what you need to know:
-
Coverage Amount: Minimum of $1,000,000 general liability.
 -
Named Insured: Blue Tree Event Venue must be listed as an Additional Insured.
 -
Proof of Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided at least 14 days prior to your event date.
 -
Where to Get It: You may purchase event insurance through your preferred provider. We recommend www.theeventhelper.com.

Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in cancellation of your event in accordance with our rental agreement. If you have any questions about the insurance requirement or need help getting started, please contact us.
